Great food, delicious drinks, beautiful ladies, hot guys, music from guest DJ, DJ Obi & DJ Bally and a lot of fun and dancing reigned through the evening at the latest edition of The Grill at the Pent, brought to you by Ciroc.
The fab and live event has been on for some time now in the happening city of Lagos, and it has been taking it by storm. The latest edition which took place at Kudeta Lounge on Sunday 13th April 2014, started off with some cool music which guests used to sink into the juicy steaks, barbecue and drinks before burning it off with some dance moves.
It was Easter and it wouldn’t have been complete without some treats. Casio Nigeria gave out some pre-Easter gifts which included a G-shock wrist watch.
Missed it? Whaaaaaat?! Not to worry, you can attend the next edition as it holds every second (2nd) and last Sunday of the month at Kudeta Lounge, rooftop, Mega Plaza, Victoria Island, Lagos. This event is brought to you by Bankhead Entertainment in partnership with Weyworld and BangKosher.

End SARS protest: Police deployed to Lekki toll gate [PHOTOS]

The Police have dispatched teams of operatives along the Lekki corridor ahead of Saturday’s End SARS protest at the toll gate. The Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command confirmed the deployment. “CSP Yinka Egbeyemi is presently leading a team of police officers on a show of force to Lekki Toll Gate (Admiralty Plaza) Obalende, Ikoyi, Jakande Roundabout, and other areas in Eti Osa”, RRS tweeted Friday night. General Ibrahim Attahiru Profile of New Chief of Army Staff Maj Gen Ibrahim Attahiru Major General Ibrahim Attahiru was born on 10 August 1966 in Doka, Kaduna North Local Government Area, Kaduna State. He is a graduate of the Nigerian Defence Academy, Armed Forces Command and Staff College and Nigerian Army School of Infantry. He commenced cadets training in January 1984 and was commissioned in the rank of Second Lieutenant in December 1986 as an Infantry Officer. Customs raid warehouse, seize foreign rice worths N19.68m

The Nigeria Customs Service Zone “B” Strike Force, on Thursday, raided a warehouse and seized smuggled goods worth N22.76 million in Kano. A statement issued by the Strike Force Coordinator, Deputy Controller Aliyu Olorukooba, confirmed that 899 bags of foreign rice with duty paid value of N19.68 million and 410 cartons of Macaroni valued N1.27 million were seized. The statement added that 143 cartons of Tomato paste with duty paid value of N3.33 million and 249 cartons of cream milk worth N4.73 million were also confiscated. “Others include 318 cartons of spaghetti with duty paid value of N985,800, five cartons of Eva soap with duty paid value of N110,000 and Cuscus Lina with duty paid value of N229,400.” The raid was in line with the Comptroller-General of Customs’ matching order, Col Hameed Ibrahim Ali (Rtd), for all personnel to redouble efforts in suppressing smuggling. Olorukooba advised smugglers to embrace legitimate businesses that would boost Nigeria’s economy and create jobs...
