Bubbly Champagne & Inspiring Photography! Toyosi Faridah Kekere-Ekun Unveils her “Induction” Photo Exhibition in Lagos
On Saturday 22nd February 2014, breakthrough photographer Toyosi Faridah Kekere-Ekun debuted her photography collection titled “Induction” at its opening night at the Omenka Gallery, Lagos.
The collection had stylish art and photography buffs in attendance.
The collection chronicles a turbulent time in the life of the artist,
having to deal with death, heartbreak, introspective explorations of
faith and the world around her, growing pains; breaking from the
chrysalis of innocence and transitioning to reality and adulthood.Guests at the opening night were served with Laurent Perrier champagne, key sponsors of the event.
The exhibition which is open to all,
(and will open windows of reflection, for those who have made a similar
emotional passage as the artist and perhaps a reluctant appreciation for
those who haven’t) is scheduled to hold for 2 weeks at the same venue
till Friday 7th March 2014.
